Each week, you tackle something that is in the back of your mind, keeping you up at night, or just a distraction in your life. Redefining and aligning your life in even the simplest ways can have a huge impact on your mental clarity and productivity. If you have an enormous amount of pictures on your computer but it is all out of place and nothing it easily found, then that is going to take up precious time that you could use, especially living in such a hectic busy world we live in. The simplest things to tackle in your life, will make a huge difference and it is best to take baby steps.

Even if you don't take the suggestion of each weeks topic, you should know that if you accomplish one simple task that has been bothering you, even the simplest of things as clearing out your e-mail inbox will move you in a better direction. Take a little time to find one thing that you want to fix and tackle it until it is done, no matter how long it takes. The goal is to find something that will bring you more happiness and joy and help you to redefine and align your life to where you want to be. Organizing your closet, so you can find your outfit of the day faster or clearing out old unwanted pictures from your cell phone library will catapult you into becoming the person you dream about being.
